How can I return items?

1. Register your return via our returns portal .
2. Enter your email address and your order number.
3. Select the reason for your return.
4. In the next step, let us know if you would like an exchange or a refund.
5. In the last step you will receive your return label.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will be refunded in full, minus any return shipping costs.

Please note: Any returned item must be new and unworn. The original packaging must not be damaged and must be returned in a separate shipping box. It is also important that the hang tag is not removed, otherwise a refund will not be possible.
