Yes, you can! If your new sneakers aren't quite your thing, you have 14 days to return them to us. Important: The shoes must be unworn and in their original condition. The Shade Studios hang tag must also still be attached to the sneakers. Simply register your return in our returns portal, and you'll receive a return label.

• Exchange? Sure, if the size doesn't fit, we'll be happy to help.
• Who pays the return shipping costs? Generally, the customer bears the return shipping costs. However, you have the option of receiving the full amount as a voucher if you return the item. Exchanges are, of course, free of charge.

Register your return easily via our returns portal . Simply enter your order number and postal code to receive a return label or QR code directly.
